Shipping Italy (Bartolini, 2-3 working days)

Standard Shipping Bartolini within Italy is free of charge for orders above € 140. If the order value is less than € 140, the shipping costs are € 5. 

 

Shipping International within Europe (tracked courier, 3-5 working days) 

Standard Shipping tracked courier within Europe is free of charge for orders above € 140. If the order value is less than € 140, the shipping costs are € 8. 

 

Shipping International outside Europe (tracked courier, 3-7 working days) 

Standard Shipping tracked courier outside Europe is free of charge for orders above € 140. If the order value is less than € 140, the shipping costs are € 12. 

 

RETURNS: ITALY / EU / EXTRA EU

We kindly ask you to place your order carefully so that there are as few returns as possible. If you have any questions about us or our products in advance, feel free to send us a quick message using the contact form or reaching out to us by email to info@myrypeat.com

If you still want to return an item, you can of course send it back to us within 30 days after receiving your order. You can easily return items contacting our customer support: info@myrypeat.com and providing order reference and items description and quantity that you intend to return, describing briefly the reason of the return. The return costs in Italy are € 5 / International within Europe are € 8 / International outside Europe are € 12 and they will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Please note that the return costs outside of Europe may vary because of duties. If you pay with PayPal, it pays your return costs up to 12 times a year. Here you can find more.

 

How do I return an item?

To return one or more articles, you can contact our customer support: info@myrypeat.com for all the steps to follow. Please briefly state the reason why you want to return your articles and pack the items you want to send back securely. The items must be in their original condition with the complete original packaging. 

Please keep a proof of shipment until we confirm that we got your return. After checking the returned items, we will make the refund within 14 working days to the payment method you used for the purchase.

 

Notes on our return policy:

We want to provide you with the best service possible. By following our return policy, you are helping our team in their daily work. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

1) Please note that a refund is only possible within 30 days if the merchandise is in its original condition with label. After 30 days and / or if the goods are without a label, a refund of the purchase price is not possible.

2) Please do not send your return to our office in Milan and please follow the instructions that you will receive by our customer care. For returns sent to our office by mistake, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of € 5, as we cannot process the return by default.

3) If a return reaches us after the 30 days and a refund is no longer possible, we reserve the right to send the goods back to the sender at his expense (approx. € 5 up to € 12 for international deliveries).

 

Complaints

1) Before we ship your order, we check each piece of jewelry for quality. If you receive a defective piece of jewelry, we will exchange it for a new and flawless piece free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt at info@myrypeat.com or via our contact form.

2) If a product has a defect within the first 6 months after purchase, which was already present at the time of purchase and which is not due to personal fault or natural wear, there is the possibility to receive an exchange product. Our customer service will be happy to check your request individually. We reserve the right to have the jewelry examined live by an expert.

3) To keep your jewelry shiny and beautiful for as long as possible, we have put together some helpful care habits for you. Our 925 sterling silver jewelry is excluded from reclamation after 6 months. Possible discolorations or product defects after this time are usually due to natural wear.
